fa تحلیل آماری روند مطالعات مهاجرت تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری و پزشکی در پایگاه اسکوپوس: تحلیل بیبلیومتریک تخصصي Special مروری Review مقدمه: مهاجرت تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری به یکی از چالش‌های جدی نظام‌های سلامت در کشورهای در حال توسعه تبدیل شده است. با وجود رشد قابل‌توجه پژوهش‌ها در این حوزه، تاکنون تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی جامعی که ساختار علمی، روندها و شبکه‌های مفهومی این حوزه را بررسی کرده باشد، گزارش نشده است. این مطالعه با هدف ترسیم نقشه علمی و تحلیل روند پژوهش‌های مرتبط با مهاجرت تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری در پایگاه اسکوپوس انجام شد.<br> روش‌ &nbsp;کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه علم‌سنجی توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل ۱۲۹۱ مقاله نمایه‌شده در پایگاه اسکوپوس در بازه زمانی ۱۹۹۱ تا ۲۰۲۵ بود. جستجو با ترکیب کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با مهاجرت تحصیلی، دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری انجام شد. مقالات توسط دو پژوهشگر مستقل غربالگری شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای Bibliometrix و VOSviewer انجام شد.<br> یافته‌ها: روند انتشارات از سال ۲۰۰۴ با شیب ملایم آغاز و از سال ۲۰۱۵ به بعد رشد قابل‌توجهی داشته است. آمریکا (۳۵۸ مقاله)، کانادا (۱۱۲) و سوئد (۴۳) بیشترین تولیدات علمی را داشتند. برترین نویسندگان Jan Sundquist و Kristina Sundquist (هر کدام ۱۶ مقاله) بودند. سه خوشه موضوعی اصلی شامل انگیزه‌های اقتصادی، سیاست‌های جذب و چالش‌های روانی-اجتماعی شناسایی شد. مجله International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health با ۳۰ مقاله بیشترین تولیدات را داشت. ۱64 مقاله هیچ استنادی دریافت نکرده بودند.<br> نتیجه‌گیری: حوزه مهاجرت تحصیلی دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری در سال‌های اخیر رشد چشمگیری داشته، اما همچنان با خلأهای پژوهشی مهمی مانند کمبود مطالعات طولی، سلطه کشورهای مقصد بر تولیدات علمی و غفلت از فناوری‌های نوین مواجه است. پیشنهاد می‌شود پژوهش‌های آینده با پوشش مقالات غیرانگلیسی و طراحی استراتژی جستجوی دقیق‌تر، تصویر کامل‌تری از این پدیده جهانی ارائه دهند.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Educational migration of medical and nursing students has become one of the serious challenges facing health systems in developing countries. Despite significant growth in research in this field, no comprehensive bibliometric analysis examining the scientific structure, trends, and conceptual networks of this area has been reported to date. This study aimed to map the scientific landscape and analyze the research trends related to educational migration of medical and nursing students in the Scopus database.<br> Methods: This research is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional scientometric study. The study population consisted of 1,291 articles indexed in the Scopus database from 1991 to 2025. The search was conducted using a combination of keywords related to educational migration, medical and nursing students. Articles were screened by two independent researchers. Data analysis was performed using Bibliometrix and VOSviewer software.<br> Results: The publication trend began with a gentle slope from 2004 and showed significant growth from 2015 onwards. The United States (358 articles), Canada (112), and Sweden (43) had the highest scientific output. The top authors were Jan Sundquist and Kristina Sundquist (16 articles each). Three main thematic clusters were identified: economic motivations, recruitment policies, and psychosocial challenges. The International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health with 30 articles had the highest production. 164 articles received no citations.<br> Conclusion: The field of educational migration of medical and nursing students has experienced significant growth in recent years, but still faces important research gaps such as a lack of longitudinal studies, the dominance of destination countries in scientific output, and neglect of emerging technologies.
