fa بررسی تاثیر اجرای برنامه ی توانمندسازی بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>بیماران تحت همودیالیز به خاطر محدودیت ها، فشارهای روانی و کمبودهای حمایتی-اجتماعی از کیفیت زندگی پایین تری برخوردار می باشند که باید در مداخلات پرستاری به آن توجه شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر اجرای برنامه ی توانمندسازی بر کیفیت زندگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز در بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون بوده و جامعه آماری آن کلیه بیماران بخش های همودیالیز بیمارستان های امام رضا (ع) و امام خمینی (ره) وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در نیمه ی اول سال 1400 بودند. از طریق روش نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف و بر اساس معیارهای ورود 70 بیمار انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی با استفاده از جدول اعداد تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل قرار گرفتند. برای گروه مداخله، 6 جلسه ی آموزش توانمندسازی به روش بازخورد محور همراه با پیگیری یک ماهه تلفنی برگزار شد. نمونه‌ها قبل و بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی بیماران کلیوی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS21</span> و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای دموگرافیک تفاوت آماری معنی داری نداشتند. میانگین نمرات کیفیت زندگی بیماران قبل از مداخله در گروه مداخله ۷۸/۳ &plusmn; 18/۳۶ و در گروه کنترل 95/۳ &plusmn; 76/۳6 بود که تفاوت آماری معنی داری نداشت (54/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) که بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به ۶0/۳ &plusmn; 9۳/4۳ و در گروه کنترل به 12/۴ &plusmn; 9۸/۳۶ رسید که &nbsp;این تفاوت در گروه مداخله معنی دار بود و کیفیت زندگی ارتقا یافت (001/0<span dir="LTR">P<</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> اجرای برنامه ی توانمندسازی به روش آموزش بازخورد محور و پیگیری تلفنی جهت رفع ابهامات و تثبیت یادگیری می تواند در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز مفید و موثر باشد لذا توصیه می شود که پرستاران در آموزش های خود ضمن توانمندنمودن بیماران حتما از صحت مطالب آموخته شده بازخورد بگیرند. <strong>Background:</strong> Patients undergoing hemodialysis have a lower quality of life due to limitations, stress, and socio-supportive deficiencies that should be considered in nursing interventions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of an empowerment program on the quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis in hospitals affiliated with Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in 2020.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was an experimental study with a pre-test-post-test design and its statistical population was all patients in hemodialysis wards of Imam Reza and Imam Khomeini hospitals affiliated to Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the second half of 2020. Through a Purpose-based sampling method and based on inclusion criteria, 70 patients were selected and randomly divided into intervention and control groups using a table of random numbers. For the intervention group, 4 sessions of empowerment training were held using the teach-back method with a one-month follow-up by telephone. Samples completed a quality of life questionnaire for kidney patients before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS21 statistical software using statistical tests.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of demographic variables.
