Data collection tools were a researcher-made questionnaire and checklist. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (p < 0.05) and SPSS 16 software.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The mean total score of registration of &quot;education of follow-up after discharge&quot; by the physician was significantly different from the mean score of education received by the mother (P = 0.002). The mean total score of registration of &quot;education of follow-up after discharge&quot; by the nurse was significantly different from the mean score of education received by the mother (P <0.001). The agreement coefficient of registration of education provided by the physician and nurse with the education received by the mother was 68% and 85%, respectively.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusions:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">According to the results of the present study, the registration of &quot;follow-up education after discharge&quot; by the physician was more than education received by the mother.</span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">also the registration of &quot;follow-up education after discharge&quot; by the nurse was more than education received by the mother.
