fa دلتنگی و احساس غربت در دانشجوی ترم اول پرستاری: یک گزارش مورد آموزشی Homesickness and Sense of Alienation in a First Semester Nursing Student: An Educational Case Report تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report مقدمه: دوره انتقالی از محیط خانواده به دانشگاه و استقلال نسبی یا کامل، از جمله مهمترین عوامل استرس زا در جوانان محسوب می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه گزارش مورد احساس غربت و دلتنگی یکی از دانشجویان پرستاری با نگاه آموزشی به این موضوع است. روش کار: مورد دانشجوی پسر 19 ساله است که ترم یک پرستاری می‌باشد بدون سابقه اختلال روانی است او پسر سوم و فرزند سوم خانواده ای شش نفره است. او از یکی از شهرهای دور به دانشگاه محل تحصیل می‌اید. یافته های روانشناسی و روانپزشکی حاکی از احساس غربت در دانشجو بود که به دلیل عدم پاسخ به مشاوره های روانشناسی و افکار خودکشی تحت درمان دارویی و جلسات روان درمانی قرار گرفت. دانشجو بدلیل مراجعه به روان شناس و روانپزشک و مصرف قرص های اعصاب و روان، ترس از انگ اجتماعی داشت. افت تحصیلی در نمرات کلاسی و میان ترم بابت عدم تمرکز بر روی دروس مشهود بود. پس از هماهنگی با اساتید دروس، دروس تئوری بصورت مجازی مطالعه شد و دروس عملی پس از امتحانات پایان ترم و آموزش های حضوری امتحان گرفته شد. با دانشگاه مقصد نیز بابت انتقال دانشجو به صورت مهمان هماهنگی شد.  نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان داد جهت جلوگیری از پیامدهای منفی احساس غربت در دانشجویان نیاز به همکاری تیمی و ارتباط حرفه ای بین اساتید، مسئولین دانشکده، مشاورین تحصیلی و روانشناسان دانشکده می باشد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود مراکز مشاوره و روان درمانی نیز در خوابگاه ها و دانشگاه ها همه روزه خدمات ارائه دهند.   Introduction: The transition from the family environment to the university and relative or complete independence are among the most important stressors for young people. This study reports on the feeling of homelessness and homesickness of a nursing student, from an educational perspective. Case Introduction: The case pertains to a 19-year-old male student in his first semester of nursing, with no history of mental disorders. He is the third son and the third child in a family of six members. He hails from a distant city and attends university there. Psychological and psychiatric findings indicate a sense of alienation in the student, manifested by his lack of response to psychological counseling and his suicidal ideation, for which he received pharmacological treatment and psychotherapy sessions. The student experienced social anxiety due to seeking psychological and psychiatric help and taking nerve and psychiatric medications. Academic decline in classroom grades and mid-term assessments was evident due to lack of focus on academic subjects. Following coordination with course instructors, theoretical courses were studied virtually, while practical courses were taken after the end-of-semester examinations and face-to-face training. Coordination was also made with the destination university for the student's transfer as a guest student. Conclusion: The findings indicate that in order to prevent negative consequences of the sense of alienation in students, there is a need for teamwork and professional communication among professors, faculty officials, academic advisors, and psychologists within the college.
