fa بررسی عملکرد آموزشی پرستاران از دیدگاه بیماران با رویکرد حاکمیت بالینی تخصصي Special کیفی Qualitative-Research مقدمه: آموزش به بیمار یکی از ویژگیهای مهم در حرفه پرستاری به شمار می رود. از آنجایی که موضوع آموزش به بیمار روی تمام جوانب پرستاری، درمان، بهبودی خیلی موثر است، پی بردن اهمیت آموزش به&nbsp; بیمار توسط پرستاران مهم&nbsp; است لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عملکرد آموزشی پرستاران از دیدگاه بیماران با رویکرد حاکمیت بالینی انجام گرفت.<br> روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی در مرکز آموزشی و درمانی ولیعصر شهر بیرجند در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش 161 بیمار در حال ترخیص بستری شده در بیمارستان بودند که به روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه آموزش به بیمار پژوهشگر ساخته جمع آوری شد، سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 14 و بهره گیری از آزمون های توصیفی&nbsp; و استنباطی ( ضریب همبستگی و کای اسکوئر ) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان آموزش از دیدگاه بیماران در بدو ورود آشنایی با قوانین بیمه ای (9/60%)، بیشترین آموزشی که بیماران در مدت زمان بستری دریافت کرده بودند در زمینه رژیم غذایی بود (1/54%) و در زمان ترخیص، مراجعه بعدی به پزشک و پیگیری در مان (4/48%) بود. همچنین نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میزان رضایت بیماران از عملکرد آموزشی پرستاران در حد متوسط (25/36%) بود طبق آزمون آماری دقیق فیشر ارتباط معنی داری بین عملکرد آموزشی پرستاران&nbsp; و رضایت بیماران از آموزش پرستاران وجود دارد (011/0= p).<br> نتیجه گیری :نتایج نشان داد، وضعیت آموزش به بیمار در هر سه حیطه زمانی از نظر بیماران از مطلوبیت خوبی برخوردار نبوده ‌است. بنابراین مدیران بخش درمان باید در زمینه بالا بردن سطح آگاهی پرستاران نسبت به اهمیت آموزش به بیمار و تدوین شاخص&shy;ها و استاندارهایی برای ارزشیابی آموزش به بیمار اقدامات لازم انجام دهند.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Patient education is one of the important features in the nursing profession<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Since training is cost effective on all aspects of patient care, treatment,&nbsp; recovery&nbsp; It is important to understand the Patient education by nurses</span><br> <span dir="LTR">The aim of this study was to evaluate patients&#39;</span> <span dir="LTR">perspective about the state of education to patients by nurses</span><br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Methods: </span></strong><span dir="LTR">This cross-sectional study was conducted in Birjand Vali Asr Hospital. The study population consisted of 161 patients were being discharged hospital quota sampling were selected. Data were collected through a questionnaire.</span> <span dir="LTR">The data were analysed with discriptive descriptive and inferential analysis (correlation coefficient and</span> <span dir="LTR">chi-square) using SPSS version 14. &nbsp; </span><br> <strong><span dir="LTR">Results</span></strong>: <span dir="LTR">Results showed that the highest level of education on admission was familiar with insurance rules.
