fa بررسی ارتباط شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو: نقش میانجی مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی عمومى General پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: فرهنگ&shy;سازی اهدای عضو از اهداف اصلی آموزش پرستاری می&shy;باشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت و حمایت اجتماعی با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو با میانجی&shy;گری مسئولیت&shy;پذیری اجتماعی انجام گرفته است.<br> روش کار: روش پژوهش، توصیفی مبتنی بر مدل معادلات ساختاری بر روی 369 نفر از افراد دارای کارت اهدای عضو ساکن در استان&shy;های شمال&shy; غرب کشور (زنجان، اردبیل و آذربایجان شرقی و غربی) در سال 1395 که به روش نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. برای جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات از پرسش&shy;نامه نگرش به اهدای عضو Tihana و همکاران، پرسش&shy;نامه شایستگی&shy;های فرهنگی Perng و Watson، پرسش&shy;نامه سلامت اجتماعی Keyz، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی قاسمی پور و جهانبخش گنجه و مقیاس مسئولیت&shy;پذیری اجتماعی Mergler و Shield استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و Bootstrap از طریق نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS نسخه 22 در سطح معنی&shy;داری (05/0>P) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> یافته&shy; ها: یافته&shy;ها حاکی از برازش مدل بوده و ارتباط مستقیم متغیرهای شایستگی فرهنگی (23/0=&beta; و 04/0>P)، سلامت اجتماعی (70/0 =&beta; و 01/0> P)، حمایت اجتماعی (57/0=&beta; و 01/0> P) &nbsp;و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی (60/0= &beta;و 001/0>P) با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو معنادار به دست آمد. ارتباط غیر مستقیم شایستگی فرهنگی(35/0=&beta; و 05/0>P)، سلامت اجتماعی (35/0=&beta; و 000/0>P) و حمایت اجتماعی (36/0=&beta; و 001/0>P) با نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو به واسطه&shy;ی مسئولیت&shy;پذیری اجتماعی معنادار بودند (05/0>P). در مجموع 72 درصد از واریانس نگرش نسبت به اهدای عضو از طریق متغیرهای مدل پژوهش تبیین شد.<br> نتیجه&shy;گیری: با توجه به یافته&shy;های مطالعه به نظر می‌رسد با تقویت شایستگی فرهنگی، سلامت اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی افراد، خصوصا بیماران و همراهان، از طریق آموزش&shy;های فردی و گروهی توسط پرستاران،،می&shy;توان نگرش مثبت افراد نسبت به اهدای عضو را افزایش داد و نیازمندی به پیوند عضو را برطرف نمود.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The Shortage of organ donation is the main goals of nursing education<strong>.</strong> Therefore, the purpose of this research was to designation the relationship of cultural competence, health and social support with the attitude toward organ donation was mediated by social responsibility.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In A descriptive survey research, the statistical sampling were includes 369 persons residing in the provinces of northwest (Zanjan, Ardebil, West Azerbaijan and East) organ donation cards in 1395 who were selected by simple random sampling method. For gathering the data, organ donation attitude questionnaire of Tihana et al, cultural competence questionnaire of Perng and Watson, Keyz social health questionnaire, Gasemipor and Ganje social protection questionnaire and social responsibility&rsquo; scale of Mergler and Shield were used. The data were analyzed by using Pearson correlational coefficient and bootstrap through software SPSS and amos-22. (P<0/05)<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results indicated the model was fitted and direct relationship of cultural competence (p=0, 002, &beta;=0, 27), social health (p=0, 000, &beta;=0, 70), social protection (p=0, 000, &beta;=0, 57) and social responsibility (p=0, 001, &beta;=0, 60) with Attitude with organ donation were significant. The indirect relationship of cultural competence (p=0, 05, &beta;=0, 35), social health (p=0, 000, &beta;=0, 35), social protection (p=0, 001, &beta;=0, 36), with mediating of social responsibility were significant (P<0/05).
