Modeling of early maladaptive schemas on adherence to treatment with the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation and resilience in coronary heart patients

Introduction: Adherence therapy is one of the important psychological factors in the improvement of physical diseases that can be influenced by various factors to reduce various physical diseases, understanding this important research the aim of modeling the structural relationships of early maladaptive schema  on adherence to treatment was mediated by cognitive regulation of emotion and fever in coronary heart patients admitted to hospital.
Method: The research method was descriptive-correlation of structural equations. The study population included all coronary heart patients in Fatemeh Zahra Hospital in Sari (Mazandaran Heart Center). Using Loehlin (2004) sampling method, 280 hospitalized patients were selected as the sample. early maladaptive schemas questionnaire, emotion cognitive regulation, Resilience, and General and Specific Adherence Results were used. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis in SPSS and Amos statistical software.
Results: The results showed that the indirect path of incompatible programs on adherence therapy  intermediary  cognitive regulation of emotional design and resilience is significant.
Conclusion: Due to the predictive power of changes, the results can be found in psychological interventions and training used in consumption.
