It was performed at Kashani Hospital in Isfahan in 2020. Methods: This quasi-experimental study was a single group before and after. The sample consisted of 85 people with multiple sclerosis who had inclusion criteria who was referred to Kashani Hospital in 2020. Demographic information questionnaire, psychosocial adaptation scale to disease and Conor Davidson resilience questionnaire were used to collect information. Life skills training program was performed, and data analysis was performed with SPSS software version 21 and descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Results: This study showed that there was a significant difference between the mean score of resilience and psychosocial adjustment of patients with multiple sclerosis before and after training. The mean score of resilience before training was 71.43 and psychosocial adjustment was 105.32 after training the mean score of resilience increased to 92.29 and the mean of psychosocial adjustment to 134.98 and this difference was statistically significant (p <0.001). Conclusion: Applying life skills training is effective in the degree of resilience and psychological and social adjustment of patients with multiple sclerosis because the main purpose of these trainings is to prepare and help the patient to solve the problems and problems faced by the disease. Therefore, the use of these trainings is recommended for these patients.
