fa طراحی برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد انفورماتیک پرستاری در ایران تخصصي Special کیفی Qualitative-Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> آموزش پرستاری به عنوان بخشی از نظام آموزش عالی در دهه های اخیر در جهان با سرعت زیادی درحال گسترش است. با توجه به اینکه کشور ایران هنوز در ابتدای توسعه رشته انفورماتیک پرستاری است، راه اندازی این رشته امری ضروری به نظر می رسد تا با بهره گیری از خدمات ارایه شده توسط متخصصان این رشته، پرستاری در حیطه های آموزشی، پژوهشی، بالینی و مدیریتی ارتقا یابد. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد انفورماتیک پرستاری در ایران میباشد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه ترکیبی است. جامعه پژوهش را &nbsp;45 نفر از متخصصین پرستاری و انفورماتیک پزشکی تشکیل دادند و نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انجام شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات ابتدا براساس مرور متون و بررسی تجارب جهانی وسپس با استفاده از روش دلفی و از طریق ارسال پرسشنامه ها به ایمیل شرکت کنندگان در سه مرحله انجام شد. جهت نهایی سازی دروس، از یک جلسه ویدئو کنفرانس آنلاین با مشارکت 20 نفر از خبرگان استفاده شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> 81 % از صاحب نظران طراحی دوره آموزشی رشته انفورماتیک پرستاری را ضروری دانستند و دیدگاه خود را در ارتباط با انفورماتیک پرستاری مثبت اعلام کرده و آن را زمینه ساز رشد حرفه ای دانش موجود دانستند. برنامه درسی این رشته تخصصی به صورت 12 واحد دروس کمبود یا جبرانی، 16 واحد دروس اختصاصی اجباری، 14 واحد دروس اختصاصی اختیاری، 4 واحد پایان نامه و کارگاه های الزامی طراحی شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> این پژوهش نشان داد که طراحی برنامه درسی کارشناسی ارشد انفورماتیک پرستاری ضرورت و نیاز احساس شده توسط خبرگان می باشد. برنامه درسی طراحی شده به عنوان یک برنامه پیشنهادی جهت تاسیس یک گرایش از رشته پرستاری به وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی پیشنهاد شد. <strong>Introduction: </strong>In recent decades, nursing education is developing and expanding rapidly as a part of higher education system around the world. Despite tremendous advances in medical sciences in Iran, nursing informatics is still in its early years. Starting this field is necessary for nursing services. It can be used in educational, research, clinical and managerial issues. This study aimed at designing a Curriculum for Master studies of Informatics in Nursing in Iran.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: It was a mixed method study using Delphi technique. The population consisted of medical nursing and informatics experts who had a Ph.D. degree and were faculty member of the medical sciences universities of Iran. Purposeful and snowball sampling was used to select 45 individuals participated in this study. Data collection was initially carried out by review of literature and global experiences. Then, the Delphi method was used and the researcher-made questionnaires were sent through email in three steps. To complete and finalize the lessons, a video conferencing session was conducted with 20 faculty members of nursing and medical informatics.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Eighty-one percent of experts considered designing nursing informatics curriculum as necessary and expressed their positive views on Nursing Informatics as a missing link in the application of knowledge and information in nursing which can create beneficial effects in nursing, has the potential for innovation and promotion of health and is the basis of professional knowledge development. The curriculum was designed as 12 units of compensatory courses, 16 units of compulsory courses, 14 optional units, 4 unit of thesis and required workshops.<br> <strong>Discussion</strong>: The results showed that designing nursing informatics curriculum in Master Degrees is a necessity which was approved by Nursing and Informatics Medical experts.
