fa هوش معنوی و ارتباط آن با خودکارآمدی پرستاران تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research <div style="text-align: right;"><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;</b><strong>مقدمه:</strong> پرستاران با رفتار و عملکرد خود، نقش اساسی جهت ارائه مراقبت با کیفیت دارند. خودکارآمدی اصلی ترین عامل در رفتار و عملکرد افراد است. &nbsp;هوش معنوی <a>به</a><a href="#_msocom_1" id="_anchor_1" name="_msoanchor_1" uage="JavaScript"><span dir="RTL">[p1]</span></a>&nbsp; عنوان پایه واساس اعتقادات انسان تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد و انعطاف پذیری افراد در حل مشکلات آنها دارد. لذا&nbsp; این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی پرستاران بیمارستان های دولتی شهر خرم آباد در سال 1396 انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار :</strong>&nbsp;این مظالعه توصیفی - همبستگی است، جامعه پژوهش کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان های دولتی شهر خرم آباد در سال 1396 بودند که از میان آنها 244 نفر به روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه های هوش معنوی و خودکارآمدی بودند. داده ها&nbsp; با استفاده&nbsp; از نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span>&nbsp; نسخه 19 با روش های&nbsp; ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با مدل گام به گام تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> میانگین&nbsp; و انحراف معیار هوش معنوی و خودکارآمدی پرستاران بیمارستان های دولتی شهر خرم آباد 16/17 &plusmn; 61/148 و&nbsp; 10/8 &plusmn; 18/61 بود. بین نمره هوش معنوی و&nbsp; خودکارآمدی پرستاران همبستگی مثبت، متوسط&nbsp; و معناداری وجود داشت(496/0 =<span dir="LTR">r</span>). ضریب همبستگی&nbsp; پیرسون&nbsp; بین&nbsp; مولفه ها ی خودآگاهی(&nbsp; 258/0 = <span dir="LTR">r</span>)، سجایای اخلاقی (321/0= <span dir="LTR">r</span> )، تفکر کلی( 288/0= <span dir="LTR">r</span> ) و توانایی مقابله (400/0=<span dir="LTR">r</span>) از هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی&nbsp; همبستگی مثبت و معنا داری نشان داد (05/0> <span dir="LTR">p</span>) . همچنین مولفه های تفکر کلی و توانایی مقابله توانستند به طور معنی داری 26 درصد از تغییرات خودکارآمدی پرستاران را پیش بینی کنند.<br> &nbsp;<strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: پرستارانی که از هوش معنوی بالاتری برخوردار بودند خود کارآمدی بیشتر داشتند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود کلاس های آموزشی و بازآموزی در فواصل منظم جهت ارتقاء مهارت های معنوی پرستاران در راستای افزایش خودکارآمدی و بهبود عملکرد پرستاران در خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی برگزار شود.&nbsp; &nbsp;<span dir="LTR"></span> <div> <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div> <div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript">&nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> <b>&nbsp;</b>&nbsp;<br> <strong>Introduction</strong>: &nbsp;Nurses have an essential role in providing quality care with their behavior and performance. Self-efficacy is the main factor for creating the behavior and performance of human. Spiritual intelligence as the foundation of human beliefs has a positive impact on the performance and flexibility in solving people&#39;s problems. Purpose of this study determines relationship between nurses spiritual intelligence with self-efficacy in the khorramabad city Public hospitals in 2018.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: &nbsp;Present study was a cross-sectional from type of correlation. The study population was all nurses working at public hospitals of Khoramabad city at 2018. Using the Quota sampling method, 244 samples were selected. &nbsp;Data were collected using the spiritual intelligence questionnaire and the self-efficacy questionnaire. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics and Pearson correlation test and linear multiple regression (stepwise) with the SPSS software version.<br> <strong>Result</strong>: The mean of spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy of the nurses was 148/61 &plusmn;17/16 and &nbsp;61/18 &plusmn;8/10. &nbsp;The findings showed that spiritual intelligence a positive and significant relationship with self &ndash; efficacy of the nursesˊ khoramabad city Public hospitals (r = 0/496 ). &nbsp;Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient showed strong positive correlation between all the components of spiritual intelligence (self &ndash; awareness r = 0/258), moral queries (r = 0/321), general thinking (r=0/288), the ability to copper. (r= 0/400) with the self &ndash; efficacy. In addition, general thinking and the ability to copper were able to predict 26 percent of the variance of nurses&rsquo; self &ndash; efficacy.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Nurses with higher spiritual intelligence were more self-efficacy.
