fa اثربخشی برنامه‌ آموزش مداوم پرستاری در ایران: یک‌ مرور‌ روایتی تخصصي Special مروری Review مقدمه: آموزش مداوم یک جزء ضروری برای حرفه ای شدن پرستاری است. همچین پرستاران به منظور بهبود کیفت مراقبت های پرستاری به ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ‌ﻫﺎی آﻣﻮزش مداوم &nbsp;نیاز دارند. اما برای بهبود نحوه انجام و اثر بخش بودن آن تلاش های فراوانی مورد نیاز است. &nbsp;از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مداوم پرستاری در ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ شد.<br> روش‌کار: مطالعه در سال 1400 به صورت مروری روایتی انجام شد. مطالب از جستجوی منابع کتابخانه ای، اینترنتی و جستجوی مقالات در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی SID، Irandoc، Iranmedex، Magiran و Medlib از سال 1399-1384 با استفاده از جستجوی کلید واژه‌های آموزش مداوم، آموزش ضمن خدمت، و بازآموزی استخراج شد. در مجموع 62 مقاله مرتبط با هدف که در ایران کار شده بودند، پیدا شد. پس از بررسی عناوین مقالات و چکیده و ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات با استفاده از چک لیست استروب 14 مقاله برای تدوین این مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: از 62 مقاله مرتبط با هدف 14 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. در طی برسی انجام شده از دیدگاه پرستاران جهت ارتقاء اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مداوم در پرستاری در چهار حیطه کلی دانش، مهارت و عملکرد، نیاز سنجی، رضایتمندی و اجرا &nbsp;نتایج حاصل شد.&nbsp;<br> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که برای اثربخشی بهتر، لزوم ایجاد تغییرات در چهار حوزه دانش، مهارت و عملکرد، نیاز سنجی، رضایتمندی و اجرا ضروری به نظر می رسد. برنامه آموزش مداوم پرستاری باید براساس نیاز سنجی باشد و از روش های تعاملی جهت بهره وری استفاده شود. همینطور برای ایجاد رضایت مندی در پرسنل پرستاری، رﻋﺎﻳﺖ اﺻﻮل آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺰرﮔﺴﺎﻻن در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﻳﺰی و اﺟﺮای اﻳﻦ آﻣﻮزش ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺿﻤن ارﺗﻘﺎ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ، اﻣﻜﺎن دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﻏﺎﻳﻲ آﻣﻮزشﻫﺎ را نیز ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﺳﺎزد.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Continuing education is an essential component of nursing professionalism. Nurses also need continues training to improve the quality of nursing care. But a lot of effort is needed to improve how it is done and how effective it is. Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the continuing nursing education program in Iran.&nbsp;<br> Methods: The study was conducted in 2020 as a narrative review. Content from searching library and internet resources and searching for articles in SID, Irandoc, Iranmedex, Magiran, and Medlib databases from 2003-2016 using keywords search of continuing education, in-service training, retraining was extracted. A total of 62 goal-related articles were found working in Iran. After reviewing the titles of the articles and abstracts, 14 articles were used to compile this article.&nbsp;<br> Results: Out of 62 articles related to the purpose, 14 articles were included in the study. During the survey from the perspective of nurses to improve the effectiveness of continuing education program in nursing in four general areas of knowledge, skills and performance, needs assessment, satisfaction and implementation of the results were obtained.<br> Conclusions: The results showed that for better effectiveness, the need for change in the four areas of knowledge, skills and performance, needs assessment, satisfaction and implementation seems necessary.
