fa بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه سنجش آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد بیماران درباره رفتارهای مراقبتی بعد از جراحی فتق دیسک کمر تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: جراحی فتق دیسک کمر یکی از شایع ترین اعمال جراحی ستون فقرات است و رفتار های مراقبتی پس از جراحی نقش مهمی در روند بهبود بیماری &nbsp;دارد. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و روانسنجی پرسشنامه سنجش رفتارهای مراقبتی بیماران بعد از جراحی فتق دیسک کمر انجام شد.<br> روش کار: پژوهـش حاضـر از نـوع روان سـنجی و در دو بخـش طراحـی پرسـش نامـه و بررسـی روایـی و پایایـی آن، در سـال 1400و در اسـتان تهران انجـام شـده اسـت. در ایـن پژوهـش ابـزار مـورد اسـتفاده پرسـش نامـه سـنجش آگاهـی، نگـرش و عملکـرد درباره رفتارهای مراقبتی بیماران بعد از جراحی فتق دیسک کمر بـود کـه بـا اسـتفاده از منابـع علمـی، مطالعـات صـورت گرفتـه و نظـرات متخصصـان طراحـی گردیـد. بـرای بررسـی روایـی محتوایـی از ضریـب هـای نسـبت روایـی محتـوا و شـاخص روایـی محتـوا بـا اسـتفاده از نظـرات &nbsp;10متخصـص اسـتفاده شـد. از روش هـای آزمـون&ndash; بـاز آزمـون جهـت بررسـی پایایـی درونـی و آلفـای کرونبـاخ، جهـت بررسـی پایایـی بیرونـی کمـک گرفتـه شـد.&nbsp;<br> یافته ها: پرسـشنامه طراحـی شـده حـاوی 38گویـه اسـت کـه بـه ترتیـب، 14گویـه حیطـه دانش، 13گویـه حیطـه نگـرش و11گویـه حیطـه عملکـرد درباره مراقبت های &nbsp;بعد از &nbsp;جراحی فتق دیسک کمر را مـی سـنجید. طیف نسـبت و شـاخص روایـی محتـوا، &nbsp;به ترتیب (00/1- 49/0) و &nbsp;(00/1- 8/0) و برای امتیازهای تاثیر آن ها ( 5/1<) تعییـن گردیـد، همچنیـن، طیف همبستگی درون طبقه‌ای &nbsp;و ضریب آزمون آلفاکرونباخ و کودر ریچاردسون برای پایایی گویه های سه مقیاس به ترتیب (977/0&ndash; 767/0) &nbsp;و (86/0-75/0) محاسبه شد. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 38 گویه نهایی و تایید شد .<br> نتیجه گیری: پژوهـش حاضـر نشـان داد کـه پرسـش نامه طراحـی شـده از روایـی و پایایـی مناسـبی برخـوردار اسـت و از آن می‌توان برای سنجش &nbsp;سـنجش آگاهـی، نگـرش و عملکـرد درباره مراقبت های &nbsp;بعد از &nbsp;جراحی فتق دیسک کمر استفاده نمود.&nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Lumbar disc herniation surgery is one of the most common spinal surgeries and postoperative care behaviors play an important role in the healing process. This study aimed to design and psychometric a questionnaire to assess patients&#39; postoperative care of lumbar disc or discectomy.<br> Methods: This is a psychometric study and was conducted in two parts of questionnaire design and its validity and reliability in 2021 in Tehran province. In this study, the tool used was a questionnaire to assess knowledge, attitude and behavior, which was designed using scientific sources, studies and expert opinions. To evaluate the content validity, the content validity ratio and the content validity index were used using the opinions of 10 experts. Test-retest methods were used to evaluate the internal reliability and Cronbach&#39;s alpha was used to evaluate the external reliability.&nbsp;<br> Results: The designed questionnaire contains 38 items that measure 14 items of knowledge, 13 items of attitude and 11 items of practice about patients&#39; caring behaviors after lumbar disc herniation surgery. The content range and content validity index were determined (0.49-1.00) and (0.8-1.00), respectively, and for their impact scores (<1.5), the intra-class correlation range and Alpha Cronbach and Richardson&#39;s Kuder coefficient were calculated for the reliability of the three-scale items (0.767-0.977) and (0.75-0.86), respectively.
