fa پرستاری کل نگر از دریچه نظریه پرستاری جامع دوسی : یک مطالعه مرور روایتی تخصصي Special مروری Review مقدمه: پرستاری کل نگر فرآیند مراقبتی مبتنی بر تعاملات دو جانبه است که منجر به هوشیاری، توانمندی و بهزیستی مددجو &nbsp;می شود و نقش بسزایی نیز در بهبود عملکرد و مهارت پرستاران، ارتقای جایگاه حرفه ای و استقلال و خودباوری آنها دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تشریح پرستاری کل نگر بر مبنای نظریه ی پرستاری جامع دوسی انجام شد.<br> روش کار: مقاله حاضر یک پژوهش مروری روایتی است که در سال 1400 از طریق جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی PubMed/Medline &nbsp;,Scopus و Google Schoolar و &nbsp;با استفاده از کلمات و عبارات کلیدی &ldquo;integral nursing&rdquo;, &ldquo;integral theory&rdquo;, &ldquo;holistic nursing&rdquo;, &ldquo;nursing theory&rdquo;, &ldquo;Theory of integral nursing&rdquo; در بازه ی زمانی سال 2007 &nbsp;تا پایان اکتبر 2021 صورت گرفت. پس از بررسی متون بازیابی شده و حذف موارد تکراری و غیر مرتبط در مجموع 3 مقاله و 3 کتاب جهت مرور انتخاب شدند.&nbsp;<br> یافته ها: این نظریه بزرگ بر پایه فلسفه و میراث فلورانس نایتینگل و اصول رویکرد کل نگرانه خلق شده است. اجزای سازنده آن التیام بخشی، عناصر متاپارادایم پرستاری، الگوی های دانستن و دیدگاه چهارگانه اقتباس شده از تئوری یکپارچگی کن ویلبر شامل درون فردی (شخصی/ هدفمند)، برون فردی (فیزیولوژی/ رفتاری)، درون گروهی (مشترک/ فرهنگی)، برون گروهی (نظام ها/ ساختارها) است.&nbsp;<br> نتیجه گیری: نظریه پرستاری جامع علم و هنر پرستاری را در جهت عمل، آموزش، پژوهش و سیاست گزاری بهداشتی جامع هدایت می کند. همچنین مراقبت منحصربفرد برای مددجویان فراهم ساخته، گسترش نقش های حرفه ای پرستاران را تا سطح جهانی گسترش داده و روابط بین حرفه ای را بهبود می بخشد. آشناسازی پرستاران با این رویکرد جدید در مراقبت کل نگر و تدوین برنامه های آموزش پرستاری برمبنای آن می تواند ضمن بهبود کیفیت مراقبت از مددجو؛ توسعه استقلال حرفه ای، ارتقاء همکاری های بین حرفه ای و در نهایت گسترش سلامت جهانی را به دنبال داشته باشد.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Holistic nursing is a care process based on mutual interactions that lead to consciousness, empowerment, and well-being of the client, and also plays an important role in improving the performance and skills of nurses, promoting their professional status and independence and self-confidence. The aim of this study was to describe holistic nursing based on Dossey&#39;s Theory of Integral Nursing.&nbsp;<br> Methods: &nbsp;This is a narrative review study that was done in 2021 by searching databases such as PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Google Scholar, AND SID and using key terms /words of &ldquo;integral nursing&rdquo;, &ldquo;integral theory&rdquo;, &ldquo;holistic nursing&rdquo;, &ldquo;nursing theory&rdquo;, &ldquo;Theory of integral nursing&rdquo; in date interval January 2007 &nbsp;to 2021 October 2021. A total of 3 articles and 3 books were selected for review, after reviewing the retrieved literature and removing duplicated and unrelated items.<br> Results: This grand theory is based on the philosophy and legacy of Florence Nightingale and the principles of the Holistic approach. Its building blocks are healing, the meta-paradigm of nursing, patterns of knowing, and the four quadrants that adapted from Wilber&#39;s integral theory consist of the individual interior (personal /intentional), the individual exterior (physiology /behavioral), the collective interior (shared / cultural), the collective exterior (systems /structures).&nbsp;<br> Conclusions: The theory of integral nursing guides the science and art of nursing for integral practice, education, research, and health-care policy. Also, it provides individualized care for clients, expands the professional roles of nurses to a global level, and improves inter-professional relationships.
