fa بررسی ارتباط درک نقش پرستاران در قبال خانواده با میزان رضایتمندی و نگرانی خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: بستری شدن بیمار در بخش مراقبت های ویژه، خانواده ها را در گردبادی از استرس عاطفی قرار می دهد. با توجه به اهمیت رسیدگی پرستاران به نیازها و نگرانی های این خانواده ها، در این مطالعه ارتباط درک نقش پرستاران در قبال خانواده با میزان رضایتمندی و نگرانی خانواده در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> روش کار: این پژوهش یک پژوهش مقطعی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) بود. جامعه آماری کلیه خانواده های بیماران بزرگسال بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستان های شهرستان گنبد (1400-1399) بود. 140 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه درک اعضای خانواده از نقش پرستاران بخش ویژه، پرسشنامه نگرانی و پرسشنامه رضایتمندی خانواده بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه بود. داده ها با استفاده از آمارهای تی مستقل، آنووا، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و ضریب رگرسیون خطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 تحلیل شد. سطح &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; معنی داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.<br> یافته ها: از خانواده ها، 75 درصد با میانگین و انحراف معیار 11/1&plusmn;04/3 بیشترین درک را از نقش پرستاران در قبال خانواده داشتند. میانگین و انحراف معیار رضایتمندی خانواده 87/20&plusmn;98/73 به دست آمد. درک خانواده از نقش پرستاران در قبال آنها با رضایتمندی همبستگی مثبت ضعیفی را نشان داد (250/0=r &nbsp;و 002/0=p). همچنین، نگرانی قادر به تبیین درک خانواده از نقش پرستاران نبود.<br> نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد درک خانواده از نقش پرستاران با رضایتمندی و نگرانی خانواده همبستگی ضعیف دارد. پیشنهاد می شود در تحقیقات آتی این که خود پرستاران وظایف خود در قبال خانواده را چگونه درک می نمایند، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Patient hospitalization in the intensive care unit puts families in a whirlpool of emotional stress. Due to the importance of nurses in addressing the needs and worries of this family, this study investigates the relationship between the family&rsquo;s perception of the roles of nurses with satisfaction and worries in intensive care units. &nbsp;<br> Methods: This is a cross-sectional (descriptive-analytical) study. The study samples include all the families of adult patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of Gonbad city hospitals (2020-2021), of which 140 people, who were included in the study using convenience sampling method. Data collection tools included questionnaires of family members&#39; perception of the role of intensive care unit nurses, worry questionnaire and family satisfaction questionnaire of patients admitted to the intensive care unit. Data were analyzed using independent t-statistics, ANOVA, Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient and linear regression coefficient using SPSS version 22. A significance level of 0.05 was considered.<br> Results: Among the families, 75% with a mean and standard deviation of 3.04 &plusmn; 1.11 had the most perception of the role of nurses. The mean and standard deviation of family satisfaction was 73.98&plusmn;20.87. Family perception of the role of nurses towards them showed a weak positive and significant correlation with satisfaction (P=0.002, r=0.250). Also, worry could not explain the family&#39;s perception of the role of nurses.<br> Conclusions: The results of this research show that the family&#39;s perception of the role of nurses has a weak correlation with their satisfaction and concern.
