fa بررسی نیازهای آموزشی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل بیمارستان های منتخب اصفهان و فاکتورهای مرتبط با آن در سال 1400 Studying The Educational Needs of Operating Room Technologists in Selected Isfahan Hospitals and Related Factors In 2021 تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: از آنجایی که هر فرد دارای خصوصیات ویژهای میباشد،نیازهای یادگیری وی نیز متفاوت بوده، اولین و اساسیترین گام در آموزش،بررسی نیازهای آموزشی است،این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل بیمارستانهای منتخب اصفهان و فاکتورهای مرتبط با آن در سال 1400، انجام شد. روش کار: ابزار جمعآوری دادهها در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، پرسشنامه محققساختهای که شامل 4 حیطه دانش عمومی و تخصصی، مدیریت حوزه جراحی، انگیزه شغلی و میزان نیاز به برگزاری دوره های آموزش جامع ویژه تکنولوژیست های اتاق عمل بود، در اختیار50نفر از تکنولوژیستهای اتاق عمل که به روش نمونه گیری آسان وارد مطالعه شده بودند، در اتاق عمل محل اشتغال آنان، قرار گرفت. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی(میانگین و درصد فراوانی) و تحلیلی(اسپیرمن و کای اسکوئر) بوسیله نسخه 16 نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل شد. یافتهها:40نفربطور کامل پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند.میانگین نمرات نیازسنجی در حوزههای دانش عمومی و تخصصی،مدیریت حوزه جراحی و نیاز و علاقه به ارتقای سطح دانش و نیز ضرورت برگزاری دوره های آموزشی و مشاوره ای تخصصی جامع تکنولوژیستهای اتاق عمل به ترتیب معادل 75/6±37/44(نیاز متوسط رو به بالا )، 76/6±50/28(نیاز متوسط) و 93/1±72/9(نیاز متوسط رو به بالا) و میانگین نمرات انگیزه شغلی نیز 55/2±60/17(انگیزه متوسط رو به بالا) بود. نتیجهگیری:میانگین نمرات نیاز تکنولوژیستهای اتاق عمل به آموزش و ارتقاء در حوزه دانش عمومی و تخصصی بیشتر بود و در این حوزه نیز نیاز به آموزش در مباحث ارگونومی و آناتومی بیشتر از سایر مباحث است و پیشنهاد میشود تا دورههای آموزشی مفید در این مباحث و متناسب با رشته تکنولوژی اتاق عمل اجرا شود. همچنین نتایج بررسی انگیزه شغلی آنان نشان دهنده انگیزه نسبتا مطلوبشان جهت انجام وظایف محوله بوده و آنان حقوق کم و ساعات کاری زیاد را از عوامل کاهنده انگیزه شغلی خود قلمداد کردند.   Introduction: Since each person has unique characteristics, his learning needs are also different. The first and most essential step in education is examining educational needs. This study aimed to determine the educational needs of operating room technologists in selected hospitals in Isfahan and related factors in the year 2021.   Methods: The data collection tool in this descriptive and analytical study was a questionnaire that included four areas of general and specialized knowledge, management of the surgical field, job motivation, and the need to hold comprehensive training courses for operating room technologists. These questionnaires were given to 50 operating room technologists, who were included in the study through convenient sampling, in the operating room where they worked. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive(mean and frequency) and analytical (Spearman and Chi-square) statistical tests using SPSS software version 16.   Results: 40 people completed the entire questionnaire. The average scores of needs assessment in the fields of general and specialized knowledge, management of the surgical field, and the need and interest in improving the level of knowledge, as well as the necessity of holding comprehensive specialized training and consulting courses for operating room technologists, respectively, are equivalent to 44.37±6.75(upper average need), 28.50±6.76(average need) and 9.72±1.93(upper average need). The average score of job motivation was also 17.60±2.55 (average upward motivation).   Conclusion: The average score of operating room technologists' need for training and elevation was higher in the field of general and specialized knowledge, and in this field, the need for training in ergonomics and anatomy is more than in other topics, and it is suggested to implement helpful training courses in these topics and following the field of operating room technology.
