fa بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش احیاء قلبی‌-‌ریوی بر اساس مدل کرک‌ پاتریک بر عملکرد کادر پرستاری تیم احیاء Effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training on the Performance of the Resuscitation Team Based on the Kirkpatrick Model تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: اقدام اصلی جهت درمان ایست قلبی‌ـتنفسی که رایجترین علل مرگ و میر است، احیاء قلبی‌ـ‌ریوی موثر می‌باشد. ارزشیابی دوره‌های آموزشی با تحقق کیفیت دوره‌ها و بدنبال آن بهبود عملکرد همراه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر‌بخشی آموزش احیاء قلبی‌ـریوی بر اساس مدل کرک ‌‌پاتریک بر عملکرد کادر پرستاری تیم احیاء انجام شد. روش کار: روش پژوهش کار‌‌‌‌‌‌آزمایی شاهد‌دار تصادفی بود که با نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی متوالی مهرماه سال 1401-1400 بر روی 94 نفر از کادر پرستاری تیم احیاء که به دو گروه 47 نفره مداخله و کنترل تخصیص داده شدند، در مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید‌ رحیمی خرم‌آباد انجام شد. برای گروه کنترل و مداخله کلاس تئوری دو ساعت و برای گروه مداخله چهار ساعت کلاس عملی الکتروشوک و احیاء قلبی‌ـ‌ریوی پایه و پیشرفته برگزار شد. ارزشیابی در سه سطح مدل کرک ‌‌‌‌پاتریک انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه دانش و واکنش پژوهشگر ساخته و چک‌ لیست مشاهده‌ای عملکرد مادن انجام شد که روا و پایا بود. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آماری دقیق فیشر، استقلال مجذور کای، تی ‌زوجی و مدل آنالیز کوواریانس) 05/0> (Pتوسط نرم افزارspss  ورژن 22 تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای جمعیت ‌شناختی تفاوت آماری معنا‌‌داری نداشتند . میانگین نمرات سطح دانش و مهارت بعد از مداخله، در گروه مداخله افزایش و در گروه کنترل کاهش یافت، اما نمرات سطح واکنش تغییرات معناداری نداشت و بین دو گروه از نظر متوسط تغییر نمرات سطح واکنش کادر پرستاری اختلاف آماری معناداری  مشاهده نشد (455/0P=)، اما از نظر میانگین تغییر نمرات دانش الکتروشوک (038/0P=)، احیاء قلبی‌‌ـ‌ریوی (007/0P=)، مهارت الکتروشوک (001/0>P) و احیاء قلبی‌ـ‌ریوی (001/0>P) تفاوت آماری معنا‌داری مشاهده شد.  نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش تئوری و عملی باعث افزایش رضایت‌مندی، دانش و عملکرد بر اساس مدل کرک پاتریک می‌شود. ارزیابی اثر‌بخشی آموزش احیاء بر اساس مدل کرک ‌پاتریک توصیه شود.   Introduction: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the main treatment for cardiopulmonary arrest, one of the most common causes of death. Training courses must be evaluated to increase CPR quality. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of CPR training on the performance of nurses based on the Kirkpatrick model. Methods: A randomized controlled trial recruited 94 nurses of the CPR team selected with sequential non-probability sampling at Shahid Rahimi teaching hospital in Khorramabad October 2021-2022. They were divided into interventions  n=47 and control groups  n=47. Both groups had a 2-hour theory class, but only the intervention group had a 4-hour basic and advanced defibrillation and CPR practical class. Level 3 of the Kirkpatrick training evaluation model was used. Data was collected in a researcher-made knowledge and reaction questionnaire using Madden's performance observation checklist. The validity and reliability of  these questions were confirmed. Data were analyzed with Fisher's exact test, chi-square test of independence, paired t-test, and ANCOVA (P ˂ 0.05) in SPSS  software version 22. Results: No statistically significant differences were observed in the demographic variables of the two groups. After the intervention, the average scores of the knowledge and skill level increased in the intervention group and decreased in the control group, but the scores of the reaction level did not change significantly, and no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in terms of the average change of the reaction level scores of the nursing staff (P=0.455). However, statistically significant differences were observed in the mean change in scores for defibrillation knowledge (P=0.038), CPR knowledge (P=0.007), defibrillation skills (P˂0.001) and CPR skills (P˂0.001). Conclusion: Theoretical and practical training increases satisfaction, knowledge, and performance based on kirkpatricks model.
