fa رابطه نگرش به نقش های جنسیتی والدین با کیفیت رابطه والد، فرزند در پرستاران زن شاغل Investigating the Association between Gender Roles Attitudes of Parents and the Quality of the Parent-Child Relationship in Women Nurses تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: نگرش به نقش جنسیتی، نگرش افراد در مورد فعالیتهای نقشی مناسب برای زنان و مردان را نشان می دهند. بسیاری از عوامل مرتبط با خانواده از جمله عقاید و رفتار والدین می توانند بر چگونگی نگرش افراد بر نقش جنسیتی تاثیر بگذارند. پرستاران به‌عنوان ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در کمک به شکل‌گیری ارزش‌ها و رفتارهای بهداشتی در سطوح مختلف می توانند ایفای نقش کنند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه نگرش به نقش های جنسیتی والدین با کیفیت رابطه والد فرزند در پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان های منتخب کازرون در سال 1401 بود. روش کار: این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که در سال 1401 بر روی 135پرستار زن شاغل در بیمارستان های منتخب به صورت سرشماری انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه نقش جنسی بم فرم کوتاه و پرسشنامه ارزیابی رابطه والد - فرزند فاین و همکاران بود. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. یافته ها: میانگین سنی شرکتکنندگان 19/7±62/32 سال بود. میانگین نمره نگرش به نقشهای جنسیتی در پرستاران 25/12±47/170 و در محدودهی 139 تا 185 مشاهده شد. میانگین نمره نگرش در بعد نقش زنانگی برابر 14/5±06/64، در بعد نقش مردانگی برابر 96/5±78/54، در بعد مطلوبیت اجتماعی برابر 53/3±64/51 بود. میانگین نمره رابطه والد فرزند نیز 74/9±19/142 بود. نتایج، ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار بین نمره نگرش به نقشهای جنسیتی و رابطهی والد فرزند در پرستاران زن نشان داد (030/0=P، 187/0=R).   نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه را میتوان در حیطه های مختلف آموزش و آگاهسازی والدین و اولیاء مدارس جهت تأثیر بر کیفیت روابط، ارزشها و نگرشهای کودکان و والدین و تغییر افکار عمومی جامعه در مورد نقش مثبت زنان و مردان در سازندگی جامعه به کارگرفت.   Introduction: Attitudes towards gender roles show people's attitudes about appropriate role activities for women and men. Many family-related factors, including parents' beliefs and behavior, can affect people's attitudes towards gender roles. As health care providers, nurses can play a role in helping to form health values and behaviors at different levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the attitude toward parental gender roles and the quality of the parent-child relationship among nurses working at selected hospitals in Kazeroon in 2022. Methods: This study was descriptive-correlation research conducted on 135 female nurses by convenient sampling. The data collection tool in this research was the Bam Sex Role Questionnaire -short form and including the Parent-Child Rating Scale. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 16 software. Results: The mean age of the participants was 32.62 ± 7.19 years. The mean score of attitude towardgender roles in nurses was 170.47±12.25. The average attitude score in the dimension of the femininity role was 64.06±5.14, in the dimension of the masculinity role it was 54.78±5.96, and 51.64±3.53 in the social desirability dimension. The average score of the  parent-child relationship in children of nurses was 142.19±9.74. The results showed a direct and significant relationship between the score of attitudes toward gender roles and parent-child relationship in nurses (r=187, p=0.03).
