بر اساس جسـتجوی انجام شده، 14 مقالـه کیـفی در ارتبـاط بـا نقـش رهبـری پرسـتاری یافـت شـد کـه از ایـن تعـداد هفت مقالـه کاملا مرتبـط بـا هـدف پژوهـش استخراج شد. مطالعـات برگزیـده از شش کشـور ؛ کـره،&nbsp; هلنـد،&nbsp; کانـادا،&nbsp; نـروژ،&nbsp; آمریکـا و ایـران&nbsp; بودند.&nbsp; شیوه های تجزیـه و تحلیـل در سه مقالـه؛ تحلیـل محتـوا، در دو مقالـه؛ اتنوگـرافی و در دو&nbsp; مقالـه تحلیـل مضمـون بـود. تفسیـر نهـایی از رهبـری پرسـتاری و عوامـل مرتبـط بـا آن&nbsp; This meta-synthesis study aims to identify the challenges, consequences, and antecedents associated with nursing leadership, contributing significantly to the improvement of healthcare service quality.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The study utilized the meta-synthesis method as outlined by Hare and Noblit. A comprehensive search was conducted in both international and domestic databases, including Google Scholar, PubMed, and SID, using the terms &quot;nursing,&quot; &quot;qualitative,&quot; and &quot;leadership.&quot; The search identified 14 qualitative research articles published between 2015 and 2023 that were relevant to the role of nursing leadership.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> The selected studies, which covered six countries&mdash;Iran, the United States, Norway, Canada, the Netherlands, and South Korea&mdash;employed various analytical methods. The final interpretation of the articles revealed three main themes related to the antecedents of nursing leadership, along with seven sub-themes addressing the consequences and challenges of nursing leadership.
