Training-based compassion intervention was performed on the experimental group for 8 sessions, one 90-minute session per week, and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data analysis was performed with descriptive tests (mean and standard deviation) and analysis of variance with repeated measures using SPSS version 24 software.
