fa بررسی ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و هوش فرهنگی با نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و هوش فرهنگی بر میزان نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران تأثیر دارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و هوش فرهنگی با میزان نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و نمونه آماری این تحقیق شامل 200 نفر از پرستاران استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1392 بودند که با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده&lrm;ها از پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی Katarzyna Pazhak، مقیاس هوش فرهنگی Ang و همکاران و مقیاس محقق ساخته نگرش پرستار نسبت به آموزش بیمار استفاده شد. سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. سطح معناداری برای کلیه آزمون&lrm;ها برابر با 05/0>p در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: بین نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران با متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی (379/0=r و 002/0=p)، خرده مقیاس فراشناخت هوش فرهنگی (584/0=r و 001/0=p)، خرده مقیاس شناخت هوش فرهنگی (412/0=r و 001/0=p)، خرده مقیاس انگیزشی هوش فرهنگی (605/0=r و 001/0=p) و خرده مقیاس رفتاری هوش فرهنگی (675/0=r و 001/0=p) رابطه مثبت و معنادار به دست آمد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی چندمتغیری به روش Enter نشان داد که متغیر سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و خرده مقیاس&lrm;های هوش فرهنگی در تبیین متغیر نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران (526/0=2R) سهم داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش به بیمار از مسؤولیت‌های اصلی پرستاران می‌باشد. از آنجا که نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد بین سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و خرده مقیاس‌های هوش فرهنگی با نگرش پرستاران نسبت به آموزش بیماران رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین برای افزایش عملکرد آموزشی پرستاران لازم هست سرمایه اجتماعی میان گروهی و هوش فرهنگی آنان، از طریق آموزش گروهی تقویت شود. Introduction: Bridging social capital and cultural intelligence impact nurses&#39; attitudes towards patient education. The aim of this study was to study the relationship between bridging social capital and cultural intelligence, and nurses&#39; attitudes toward patient education. Method: This is a descriptive-correlational study carried out with 200 nurses in western Azerbaijan in 2013. The multi-staged cluster sampling method was used to choose participants. The Katarzyna Pazhak bridging social capital scale, Ang and et al cultural intelligence scale, and nurses&#39; attitudes towards patient education questionnaire were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Statistical significance defined as p<0.05. Results: A positive relationship was found between nurses&#39; attitudes towards patient education and bridging social capital variable (r=0.379, p=0.002), subscale of meta- cognition of cultural intelligence (r=0.584, p=0.001) subscale of cognition of cultural intelligence (r=0.412, p=0.001), subscale of motivation of cultural intelligence (r=0.605, p=0.001) and subscale of behavior of cultural intelligence (r=0.675, p=0.001). The results of multi-variable correlation coefficient using the input method indicated that bridging social capital and subscale of cultural intelligence explain nurses&#39; attitudes towards patient education (R2=0.526). Conclusion: Patient education is the main responsibilities of nurses.
