fa مشارکت حرفه‌ای: تبیین تجارب پرستاران در مواجهه با فاصله بین آموزش نظری و بالین تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: رویارویی با معضل شکاف بین آموزش نظری و بالین موجب ایجاد تغییر و توسعه حرفه می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین تجارب مدرسین و مدیران پرستاری از مواجهه با شکاف بین آموزش نظری و بالین می‌باشد. روش: این مطالعه کیفی با مشارکت 32 نفر از مدرسین و مدیران پرستاری دانشگاه جندی شاپور اهواز، تهران و اصفهان با انجام مصاحبه‌های فردی و گروهی به صورت نیمه ساختار صورت گرفت. پس از کسب رضایت‌نامه، داده‌ها جمع-آوری، ضبط، دستنویس و به روش تحلیل محتوای متعارف مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت حمایت از صحت و استحکام داده‌ها، معیار مقبولیت، تأییدپذیری و انتقال‌پذیری لحاظ گردید. یافته‌ها: مضامین اصلی پژوهش شامل مهندسی آموزش، شایسته سالاری و مشارکت حرفه‌ای است. مطابق با تجارب و درک مشارکت‌کنندگان، عملکرد حرفه‌ای و فعالیت‌های آموزشی آنان منطبق با برنامه‌ریزی متمرکز می‌باشد. به منظور کاهش شکاف بین آموزش و بالین باید آنان در استاندارد کردن محتوای آموزش و کسب توانمندی علمی و اعتبار بالینی از طریق مشارکت کارآمد تلاش کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه آگاهی و بصیرت لازم جهت رویارویی و حل معضل شکاف بین آموزش و بالین را در مدیران و مدرسان پرستاری فراهم می‌آورد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تجارب مشارکت‌کنندگان می‌توان به شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر این چالش پرداخته و با اصلاح و بهبود وضعیت موجود بستر مناسب جهت ارتقاء شایستگی و توانمندی دانشجویان و پرستاران را ایجاد نمایند. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود ضمن حفظ استقلال مدرسان، بخش‌هایی از آموزش نظری و بالین به پرستاران کارآزموده بالینی واگذار شود تا زمینه تبادل دانش و تجربه فراهم گردد. Introduction: Examining the gap between theoretical and practical training can be effective in professional development and can be changed. The aim of this study was to determine the experiences of nursing teachers about the issue of gap between theory and practice in nursing education. Method: This qualitative study was carried out on 32 nursing teachers and managers at Nursing and Midwifery Faculties of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Esfahan University of Medical Sciences. Data collection conducted using semi-structured interview and after signing the informed consent by the participants. The interviews were recorded and transcribed. Then, collected data were analyzed through conventional content analysis. In order to assess the validity of data collection, different criteria such as acceptability and verifiability were used. Results: Main themes of the research include education engineering, meritocratic and professional partnership. Experience and understanding of the participants showed that their professional practice and educational activities are in compliance with the core planning. Therefore, content of education and clinical credibility and competency should be standardized through acquired efficient partnership. This will reduce the gap between education and training. Conclusion: The results of this study provides knowledge and insight in educators and managers, so that that they would be able to confront and resolve the gap between theory and clinical training.
