fa تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور بر دانش، نگرش و خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان مبتلا به آسم تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور بر دانش، نگرش و خودکارآمدی مادران کودکان مبتلا به آسم صورت گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی می‌باشد، که در سال 91 انجام شد، در این مطالعه 172 مادر کودک 12-6 ساله مبتلا به آسم که شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. این پژوهش طی سه مرحله قبل از مداخله، مداخله و بعد از مداخله صورت گرفت. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل: پرسشنامه‌های دانش، نگرش، خودکارآمدی نسبت به دارو دادن به کودک، کنترل حمله آسم، و شناخت محرکهای آسم می‌باشد داده‌ها بعد از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 20 و به کمک آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، و تی مستقل) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج مربوط به تأثیر مداخله تفاوت معنی‌داری در دانش 2/23&plusmn; 21/33، نگرش 9/45&plusmn; 53/94و خودکارآمدی 11/32&plusmn; 137/62 مادران بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل مداخله نشان دادند؛ و همچنین بین دانش، نگرش و خودکارآمدی تفاوت معنی‌داری 0/01> <span dir="LTR">P</span> وجود داشت. ضریب اطمینان 95% می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> کاربرد الگوی توانمندسازی خانواده‌محور بر دانش، نگرش و خودکارآمدی والدین در کنترل و مدیریت بهتر بیماری آسم در کودکان خردسال تاثیردارد. بنابراین مراقبین بهداشتی می‌توانند از طریق مشارکت خانواده در کنترل بیماری مشکلات بیماران و خود را کاهش دهند، در نتیجه پیشنهاد می‌شود این الگو برای سایر بیماری‌ها نیز اجرا شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> The purpose of this study was the assessment of family-centered empowerment program on knowledge, attitudes and self-efficacy of mothers of children with asthma.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> This clinical trial study was performed during year 2012. In this study, 172 mothers of children aged 6 to 12 years with asthma, who had the inclusion criteria were selected from an available sample. The samples were selected and divided to two groups of case and control. This study was conducted in three phases: pre-intervention, intervention and post-intervention. Tools used in this study included questionnaires on knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy regarding administration of drugs for children, control attacks of asthma, and identifying triggers of asthma. Data were collected and the SPSS software version 20 was used for analysis of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (analysis of variance and independent t test).</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results related to the impact of the intervention indicated significant differences in knowledge (21.33 &plusmn; 2.23), attitude (53.94 &plusmn; 9.45), and self-efficacy (137.62 &plusmn; 11.32) in mothers before and after the intervention, with the difference being significant (P < 0.01). Confidence was detected as 95%.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions:</strong> This study indicated that the application of family-centered empowerment model influences knowledge, attitudes and self-efficacy of parents regarding control and better asthma management of their young children. Therefore, health care providers should encourage the participation of patients and their families to reduce complications in controlling the disease.
