fa تأثیر آموزش بهداشت دهان ودندان از طریق ایفای نقش بر رفتارهای بهداشتی دانش آموزان پسر کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر شهر همدان تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: بهداشت دهان و دندان در کودکان کم&shy;توان ذهنی دارای اهمیت بسیاری می&shy;باشد و یکی از روش&shy;های آموزشی که یادگیری در آن با دوام بیشتری است ایفای نقش می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش بهداشت دهان و دندان از طریق ایفای نقش بر رفتارهای بهداشتی دانش&shy;آموزان پسر کم&shy;توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر انجام پذیرفت.<br> روش کار: در این مطالعه&rlm;&rlm;&lrm;&rlm;&rlm;&rlm;ی نیمه تجربی 34 دانش&shy;آموز پسر کم&shy;توان ذهنی مقطع متوسطه اول شهر همدان در سال تحصیلی 93-92 با روش نمونه&shy;گیری سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جمع آوری داده&shy;ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه رعایت رفتارهای بهداشتی و شاخص بهداشت دهان و دندان در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از مداخله به صورت ایفای نقش انجام گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون T-student و از نرم&shy;افزار آماری SPSS 18 استفاده شد.<br> یافته&shy; ها: رفتارهای بهداشتی دانش&shy;آموزان کم توان ذهنی قبل و بعد از مداخله از میانگین و انحراف معیار 76/12&plusmn;65/55 به 24/12&plusmn; 82/79 ارتقاء پیدا کرد و اختلاف معناداری قبل و بعد از مداخله مشاهده شد (001/0>P). در تمامی ابعاد پرسشنامه رفتارهای بهداشتی اختلاف معناداری قبل و بعد از اجرای روش ایفای نقش مشاهده شد (001/0>P). همچنین شاخص بهداشت دهانی در این دانش آموزان قبل و بعد از مدل ایفای نقش اختلاف معناداری را نشان داد (001/0>P).<br> نتیجه&shy; گیری: نتایج نشان داد که مدل ایفای نقش توانسته است رفتارهای بهداشتی این دانش&shy;آموزان را ارتقاء دهد و همچنین میزان شاخص بهداشت دهانی ساده شده را نیز در آنها بهبود دهد. با توجه به اینکه این روش آسان و کم هزینه است می توان با استفاده از این روش آموزشی گام مؤثری در ارتقاء بهداشت جسمی این دانش&shy;آموزان برداشت.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: Oral hygiene is important in children with mental disabled and one of the learning methods that is more durable on learning to role playing. Aim: This study was performed to determine the effect of oral health education through role playing on observe health behavior of educable mentally disabled boys. Methods: In the Quasi-experimental study, 34 mentally disabled boy students in the first high school period (Guidance) in Hamadan as census in 2014 were studied. Collecting data using observe health behavior questionnaire and oral hygiene index in two steps before and after the intervention were carried out in the form of role playing. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and T-student test and SPSS 16 statistical software were used. Results: Observe health behavior of students with mentally disabled before and after intervention from mean and SD 55.65&plusmn; 12.76 to 79.82&plusmn;12.24 was promoted and Significant differences was observed before and after the intervention (p= 0.001). There was a significant difference in the dimensions of the health behavior questionnaire before and after the implementation of the role play procedure (p= 0.001). As well as the oral health index of these students before and after the Role Playing model showed a Significant difference (p= 0.001). Conclusion: The results showed that the Role Playing model has to improve the health behaviors of the students and as well as the simplified oral hygiene index are improved too.
