fa الکوی ساختاری رابطه سرمایه‌گذاری جمعی عاطفی با سرمایه عاطفی و شکایات روان‌تنی در پرستاران تخصصي Special پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: شکایات روان&shy;تنی در پرستاران از زمره متغیرهایی است که سلامت آن&shy;ها را در محیط&shy;های کاری تهدید می&shy;کند. به همین دلیل لازم است تا از طرق مختلف برای کاهش این نوع شکایات به آن&shy;ها کمک نمود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین الگوی ساختاری رابطه سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی با سرمایه عاطفی و شکایات روان&shy;تنی در پرستاران اجرا شد.<br> روش&shy; کار: روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع تعیین الگو، و جامعه آماری پژوهش را پرستاران بیمارستان امین &shy;در شهر اصفهان تشکیل دادند که از بین آن&shy;ها 218 نفر به شیوه‌ی نمونه &shy;گیری در&shy;دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی با آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 965/0، پرسشنامه سرمایه عاطفی با آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 96/0 و مقیاس شکایات روان&shy;تنی با آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 86/0 بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل&shy;سازی معادله ساختاری (SEM) تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته &shy;ها: بین سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی با سرمایه عاطفی رابطه مثبت و معنادار (001/0=p)&shy; و بین سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی و سرمایه عاطفی با شکایات روان&shy;تنی نیز رابطه منفی و معنادار (001/0=p )&shy; وجود دارد. مدل&shy;سازی معادله ساختاری و تحلیل میانجی (واسطه&shy;ای) نشان داد که سرمایه عاطفی متغیر واسطه&shy; (میانجی) کامل در رابطه سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی با شکایات روان&shy;تنی است.<br> نتیجه &shy;گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که می&shy;توان از ظرفیت&shy;های مثبت سرمایه عاطفی و سرمایه&shy;گذاری جمعی عاطفی برای ارتقاء سلامت جسمی پرستاران در محیط&shy;های کاری پرستاری استفاده نمود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می&shy;شود در فرایند آموزش پرستاری این امر مهم لحاظ شود<br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Background:</strong> Psychosomatic complaints in nurses are among the variables that threaten their health in work environments. For this reason, it is necessary to help them for reduce these types of complaints in different ways. This research was administered with the aim of investigating structural model of the relationship between affective-collective investments with affective capital and psychosomatic complaints among nurses. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Methods and Materials:</strong> Research method was correlation type of model determination and the research statistical population was the nurses of Amin hospital in Isfahan city, among them two hundred eighty persons were selected using convenience sampling. Research instrument consisted of, affective-collective investment questionnaire with Cronbach Alpha 0.965, affective capital questionnaire with Cronbach Alpha 0.96, and psychosomatic complaints scale with Cronbach Alpha 0.86. Data were analyzed with the use of Pearson&rsquo;s correlation coefficient and Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between affective-collective investment with affective capital (<em>p</em>=0.001), and there is a negative significant relationship between affective-collective investment and affective capital with psychosomatic complaints (<em>p</em>=0.001). Results of structural equation modeling and mediation analysis indicated that affective capital is a complete mediator on the relationship between affective-collective investments with psychosomatic complaints. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The results of this study showed that positive capacities of affective capital and affective-collective investment can be used to promote the physical health of nurses in nursing workplaces.
