fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش استفاده از فرم‌ های جدید مستندسازی مراقبت‌ های حین عمل جراحی بر عملکرد تکنولوژیست ها و پرستاران اتاق عمل در خصوص ثبت پژوهشی-کمی Quantitative-Research مقدمه: مستندسازی در اتاق عمل برای مراقبت از بیمار، ارائه‌ی مدرک و سند قانونی از مراقبت‌های انجام شده و تولید اطلاعات برای اهداف پژوهشی ضروری می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین تأثیر آموزش استفاده از فرم‌های جدید مستندسازی مراقبت‌های حین عمل جراحی بر عملکرد تکنولوژیست&shy;ها و پرستاران اتاق عمل در خصوص ثبت می‌باشد.<br> روش کار: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بر روی 97 نفر از تکنولوژیست&shy;ها و پرستاران اتاق عمل در دو بیمارستان شهر اصفهان در سال 1397 انجام شد. پرسنل اتاق عمل به روش نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. در گروه آزمون، یک جلسه آموزشی یک و نیم ساعته به روش سخنرانی با موضوع استاندارد&shy;های مستندسازی در اتاق عمل و چگونگی تکمیل 5 فرم جدید مستندسازی مراقبت‌های حین عمل جراحی تشکیل شد. 5 فرم مستندسازی به مدت 2 ماه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و آموزش از طریق شبکه اجتماعی در طول دو ماه ادامه یافت و نمره ثبت نمونه‌ها به صورت درصد بیان شد، در گروه کنترل هیچ آموزشی صورت نگرفت و نمره ثبت با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودگزارشی به دست آمد.<br> یافته ها: در گروه آزمون، 8/90 درصد از افراد مورد بررسی، خانم بودند. رشته تحصیلی 2/89 درصد از نمونه‌ها اتاق عمل و بقیه پرستاری بود. میانگین نمره کل حاصل از فرم‌های مستندسازی مراقبت حین عمل در گروه آزمون، 19/93 با انحراف معیار 18/5 از 100 و در گروه کنترل 89/42 با انحراف معیار 07/34 از 100به دست آمد. میانگین نمره حاصل از 5 فرم مستندسازی مراقبت های حین عمل جراحی در گروه آزمون به طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (001/0 P <).<br> نتیجه گیری: آموزش استانداردهای مستندسازی در اتاق عمل و استفاده از فرم‌هایی با محتوای مناسب می‌تواند عملکرد پرسنل اتاق عمل را در خصوص مستندسازی افزایش دهد.<br> <span dir="LTR"></span> <div> <div><div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"></div></div> </div> Introduction: The perioperative documentation is essential for patient care, legal documentary and evidence of provided care and information production for research purposes. The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of training about the intraoperative care documentation forms on the operating room personnel&rsquo; function in the context of the documentation.<br> Methods: A quasi-experimental study was carried out on 97 technologists and nurses in the operating rooms of two hospitals, Isfahan, in 2017. Personnel was selected through convenient, then divided into equal experimental and control groups. A 1.5 hour training session through lecture about standards of operating room documentation and how to complete the five intraoperative care documentation forms was formed. Training was continued by social media during two months. Five Documentation Forms were used for 2 months and the documentation score of the research samples was expressed as percentage. In the control group, no training was performed and the score was obtained using a self-report questionnaire.<br> Results: In this research, about the experimental group 90/8% were women. 89/2% were surgical technologists and the rest were nurses.In the experimental group, the mean total score of the intraoperative care documentation forms was 93.19&plusmn;5.18 out of 100, but in the control group, the mean total score of documentation was 42.89&plusmn;34.07 out of 100. The mean total score of the intraoperative care documentation forms in the experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.001).<br> Conclusions: Training standards of operating room documentation and the use of appropriately-structured forms can increase the operating room personnel&rsquo; function in the context of the documentation.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; آموزش, مستندسازی, اتاق عمل, مراقبت حین عمل.
