title = {Prediction of life satisfaction based on existential, religious and spiritual well-being in the
elderly with coronary artery disease},
abstract ={Introduction: Elderly people are at risk of developing multiple diseases, including cardiovascular disease, which can reduce their life satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to assess the prediction of life satisfaction from existential, religious and spiritual well-being and life satisfaction in elderly patients with coronary artery disease in 2017-2018. Methods: This is a cross-sectional and correlational study. The study population included the elderly with coronary artery disease referred to Ayatollah Rouhani Hospital of Babol in 2017-2018. 212 elderly patients with coronary artery stenosis were selected through targeted sampling and participated in this study. Participants were asked to complete the Spiritual Well-being Scale (SWBS) and the Life Satisfaction Questionnaire by self-report method. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. Results: The results showed that life satisfaction with existential, religious and spiritual well-being and marital status had a positive and negative relationship with the duration of the disease. Also, based on the results, the existential well-being variable of 41%, the combination of two variables of existential well-being and religious well-being of 44%, and the combination of three variables of existential well-being and religious well-being and spiritual well-being were 46% of the variance of life satisfaction in elderly patients (P<0/01). Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, life satisfaction in the elderly with heart disease is predictable through spiritual well-being. These results can be used to develop health and preventive plans in the health system to achieve greater life satisfaction in the elderly.},

title = {Determinants of health care empowerment among married women in reproductive age based on Theory of Planned Behavior},
abstract ={Introduction: The optimal level of women's capability can empower them to make decision independently in main issues of their health. This study aimed to identify determinants of health care empowerment based on Theory of Planned Behavior among married women in reproductive age of southern Tehran. Methods: In this analytical cross-sectional study, 488 married women in reproductive ages which had attended in health care centers in southern Tehran in 2019. data collecting instrument were three-part questionnaire including demographic information, researcher made questionnaire based on Theory of Planned Behavior and Healthcare Empowerment Questionnaires (HCEQ). Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis using fit indices in the SPSS-24 and AMOS-22. Results: The mean age of participants was 33.6 ± 7.1. Subjective norm (p<0.001، β=0.18) in comparison to attitude (p<0.001، β=0.62) had greater predictive power for intention behavior. According to the results of path analysis, 30% of the variance of behavioral intention, 0.03 of the variance of decision dimension, 0.02 of the variance of interaction dimension, and 0.05 of the variance of control degree were explained using the model constructs, the study results revealed that the attitude and subjective norm constructs were the best predictors of health care delivery behavior (p<0.001). Conclusions: The results show that the perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention are not strong predictors of health care empowerment among married women in reproductive age. Other psychological, social, and cultural determinants should be investigated to find the main determinants to improve women’s healthcare empowerment.},

Experimental group were trained by jigsaw method and control group by traditional teaching method. The study data were collected by using the intervention content test and DREEM questionnaire in two groups before and after the intervention and analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The study findings shown that there are significant statistical differences between two groups regarding to learning scores and perception of learning environment (P < 0.05). There was also a statistically significant difference in the perception of the educational environment between the students in the two groups of jigsaw and traditional education (p <0.05). Conclusion: Teaching by the jigsaw method, by actively engaging students, desirably increases learning and significantly improves students' perceptions of the operating room environment. Research tools contain oxford happiness questionnaire, Bradberry-Greves emotional intelligence teaching in experiment group at 6 weeks in 12 session that 50 min continue. To analyzing data independent T-test and one-way multi variable co-variance methods was used. Results: in the evaluation of EQ components in two group, social awareness at intervention group and self awareness at control group have acquired maximum of scores. Total score of EQ at intervention and control group were 11.9 ±4.29 , 9.7±7.41 . Thus intervention group comparison with control group in scores, have significant differences (p<0/05). In happiness variable, pre and post test scores in control and intervention groups were 32.84±4.2, 34.74±6.3 and 34.15±5.6, 50.47±8.5 that illustrative the eminent differences. However the acquisition of sufficient training because of technical and ethical reasons is challenging, Several methods have been used to teaching. Using simulation is one of the new methods in nursing education. The aim of this study was to explore the experiences of blindness simulation among a group of nursing students. Methods: This qualitative study was performed by conventional content analysis in the school of Nursing and Midwifery from April to July 2019 in Tehran, Iran. A total of 14 semi structured interviews and 2 focus group interviews were conducted by purposive sampling of the nursing students. Data collecting was continued until saturating data. Interviews were done for 45 to 60 minutes. Data analysis was performed by Graneheim and Lundman method. We tried to analyze qualitative data based on valid criteria. Results: The first stage of data analysis revealed 231 initial codes. The ongoing process of analysis, comparison, and reductions resulted in a final number of two main themes with 7 subthemes were identified in this study including: Earn a new perspective and transforming care in the shadow of the experience. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the use of simulation training is an effective way of teaching and evaluating the amount of knowledge and skills necessary for the blindness for nursing students. Using this method of teaching is recommended to all nursing students Training in patient care. },
