Experimental group participated in 10 sessions of 45-minute group cognitive behavior therapy and control group received no intervention. Subjects in both experimental and control groups have answered quality of life, anxiety and fatigue scales before treatment and after treatment. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA).

Conclusions: According to the results, this therapeutic approach can be used as an effective therapeutic activity in improving quality of life and decreasing anxiety and fatigue of nurses in order to promote health and care purposes.
